36th IFC 2017 of CIFA

Leather Goods and Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) hosted and organized 36^th International Footwear Conference (IFC) 2017 of Confederation of International Footwear Associations (CIFA) on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Westin Dhaka. It is to be noted that this is first time Bangladesh hosting this prestigious conference.

Mr. Tofail Ahmed, M.P, Honourable Minister, Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh was Chief Guest, special guest, Mr. Shubhashish Bose, Secretary, Minstry of Commerce, Mr. Frank Z Kung, Secretary General, CIFA, special guest Sheikh Fazle Fahim, First Vice President, FBCCI, special guest of honour, Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairman, Apex Footwear Ltd.

Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, President of LFMEAB & Chairman of 36^th IFC 2017 of CIFA presided over the conference while Advisor of LFMEAB Syed Nasim Manzur, Sr. Vice-President, Mr. Abdul Momen Bhuiyan ; Vice-President and Concener of 36^th IFC 2017, Mr. Nasir Khan; Vice-President, Mr. Md. Nazmul Hassan Sohail, Director, Mr. M. Anisur Razzaque, Director, Mr. Ziaur Rahman, were present among other at the conference. In the conference, hundreds of national and international guests participated and presented respective industry reports.
