Profitable Environmentally Sustainable Denim Washing
A seminar has been organized named “Profitable Environmentally Sustainable Denim Washing” on Denim product by Balaji Enterprises, India and facilitated by Technical Partners-GIZ PSES on 08th October 2015 at Radission Blue Hotel, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The Seminar has been interacted panel discussion with Questions &Answers. Mr. Fabio Forti (Communication Coordinator of Garman Chemicals &Fashion), Dr. Mohammad Abbas Uddin (Principal Engineering Consultant of Reed Consulting Bangladesh Ltd.). Mr. Gunther Knodler (Manager Agencies of Bezema), Mr. Christian Schimper, (Management & Research of Acticell Ltd.) has been presented in the expert panel. An opportunity to hear the recent developments in washing chemistry & technology and to discuss what is practical & possibility with denim washing plant operators & managers based in Bangladesh. PSES (Promotion of Social and Environmental Standards in the Industry) was a Program Assisted by the German Government via the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
Mr. Rodney Reed of GIZ – PSES was the moderator in the panel discussion and Mr. Sandeep Agarwal of Balaji Enterprises was there as a seminar organizer.
It was along with the fourth edition of Denims and Jeans show, Bangladesh (Denim Play Ground Dhaka).
