The Inaugural Ceremony of World Cotton Outlook- 2016 has been held on 27 April 2016 at The Westin Hotel, Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The Summit has been jointly organized by Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and IBC Asia (S) Pet Ltd, Singapore.
