Leathertech 2018 is Going to Open
6th Leathertech Bangladesh 2018 press conference has been held on 19 November 2018 at BEST WESTERN – La Vinci Hotel, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The show has been organized by ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.
ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd is the organizer of the tradeshow titled ‘LEATHERTECH Bangladesh 2018’ at the International Convention City, Bashundara (ICCB). In addition, the 2nd edition of Bangladesh Leather footwear & Leather goods International Sourcing Show-BLLISS 2018 will be organized by Leather goods and Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) at the same venue.
Over 300 exhibitors from nearly 20 countries with CLE & IFCOMA pavilion from India, Wenzhou & Jinjiang Association pavilion from China and an exclusive Finished Leather Pavillion from Pakistan Tanners Association PTA, spread over 4 halls will be participating in the event showcasing Finished Leather, Machinery for Tanning Leather, Manufacturing Footwear and Leather goods along with Components, Dyes & Chemicals, Accessories and allied products to transform the leather sector in Bangladesh.
Apart from the main event, there will be a handful of mini-events like “Buyer-Seller Meet” helping the exhibitors to interact with the sourcing team from factories on November 22 and 23. A seminar on key concerns of the sector like “Future of footwear design and development, production control and costs” Soiling for Sports and Outdoor Performance Footwear” will be held on November 24.
Leathergoods & Footwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (LFMEAB) are the LEAD Support for the event with Centre of Excellence for Leather Skills Bangladesh Limited (COEL) as Strategic Partner. Leathertech Bangladesh 2018 is also supported by Bangladesh Tanners Association (BTA), Bangladesh Finished Leather, Leathergoods and Footwear Exporters Association (BFLLFEA), Bangladesh Paduka Prostutkarak Samity (BPPS), Leather Engineers & Technologists Society (LETS).
The event will be inaugurated by Tofail Ahmed, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Commerce, and graced by the industrial leaders and government high officials.

The Inaugural Ceremony of 6th Leathertech Bangladesh 2018 will be held on 22 November 2018 on 12.30am at International Convention City, Bashundhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. This tradeshow will remain open 22-24 November 2018 from 11.00am to 7.00pm every day for all.
